user eligibility and access

payment and access terms
FrostSolve offers lifetime and annual subscription options. payment processing is handled by Stripe.
- annual subscription (£5.49/year): billed yearly and renews automatically. access continues until you cancel or renewal fails. if you cancel, access continues until the end of your current paid period
- lifetime access (£11.49): one-time payment providing permanent access to our service
- free trial: we offer a 48-hour free trial period. you may cancel at any time during this period without charge
- price changes: we reserve the right to modify prices for new purchases with advance notice
- billing: all payments are processed securely through Stripe's payment system
intellectual property rights
FrostSolve and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- our service may temporarily process data from Dr. Frost to provide solutions, but you retain ownership of your Dr. Frost account and credentials
